Base44 is a solid pick if you want an all-in-one app builder that handles login and database setup for you, and support has been genuinely excellent in our experience. The tradeoff is that some parts of your app are locked into how Base44 built them, and if you ever want to leave, taking your whole project with you is not straightforward.
We'd choose this if: you want an app with login, database, and mobile publishing all handled for you, and you are not planning to move off the platform later.
We wouldn't choose this if: you need full control over every page and design element, or want to keep the option open to easily migrate to another platform down the line.
